Anthoni Elmargi
Managing Director
Anthoni leads the broader organisation in his role as Managing Director of Vertex Group Australia and GoTrain Industry. As an experienced Project Manager and Maintenance Operations Manager, with a demonstrated history of working in road and rail transport industries, he brings over 20 years of know-how in relationship building and people management to the GoTrain team.
Skilled in Operations Management, Project Control, Procurement, Engineering, Construction Management and Project Engineering, Anthoni has a proven ability in tackling difficult and challenging projects, and is a perfect fit for leading GoTrain into the future of rail industry training in Australia.
Bronwyn Hodgekiss
National Operations Manager
Bronwyn leads the GoTrain Operations Team across Australia. She comes from a strong background in compliance and regulatory operations in the VET sector with over 30 years’ experience in management, administration and finance and 10 years in VET compliance. Bronwyn brings a strong sense of leadership with a focus on quality outcomes for both students and staff.
Prior to her commencement at GoTrain, Bronwyn held the position of Head of Compliance and Training Operations at NAISDA Dance College where she supported the development of an innovative arts-based curriculum. She has also worked as a Compliance Consultant and Business Development across several different sectors.
Stacey Brown
Curriculum Manager
Stacey has been working in the Vocational Education and Training Industry in a variety of roles since 2013 . She has extensive experience across project management, compliance and development of training materials for accredited & non-accredited courses utilising both in-person and online delivery methods.
Stacey entered the training industry after 12 years of managing and training teams in diverse retail environments. Her ability to manage contract team members and deliver high quality projects for both our corporate clients and in-house training, makes her a natural fit in her role as GoTrain’s Curriculum Manager.
Kerrie Crampton
NSW Admin/ Office Co-Ordinator
Kerrie joined Go Train in early September bringing six years of experience in admin roles within Rail, High Risk and Construction Vocational Education Training environments to the team. Her commitment to the education space extends back decades, having worked in key administration support roles within the schooling sector for most of her career.
Outside of work, you won’t find Kerrie chilling out behind a computer or other technology – her love of flowers and making beautiful arrangements has seen her achieving her floristry qualifications, proving her ability to adapt her methodical working skills to diverse fields. Please say ‘Hi’ to Kerrie when you are next in the NSW office.
Branwen Nellis
Vic. Admin/ Office Co-Ordinator
Branwen comes to Go Train’s Vic team with 7.5 years of experience in RTO Admin Management for High Risk, Rail and Construction Industries. Her breadth of know-how from within the training landscape and background in sourcing equipment for rail and civil projects, gives her added insights in the training requirements that enable students to achieve their chosen role.
Branwen’s love of variety in her work is easily fulfilled through her participation in making sure the Vic CFG office runs like well-oiled machine. The complexity of the rail industry and the multiple Rail Operators in Vic give her endless opportunities to demonstrate her expertise in meeting the needs of both our clients and our students.
Mark Miitel
Victorian Training Manager
Mark leads the GoTrain Training Division in Victoria. With over 30 years of experience in the training sector, he provides a depth of knowledge that keeps students engaged throughout the entirety of a course.
Prior to joining GoTrain, Mark held the role of State Operations Manager for an Australian RTO. His experience in training consists of 20 years directly related to the Rail Industry and several years in the Mining & Civil/Road Construction Industry, providing him with a unique knowledge of safety. As a focused leader, Mark has covered all aspects of safeworking, technical skill development and specialist programs in non-technical skills.
Mark is a dedicated and knowledgeable trainer who holds a Master of Business Management and a Diploma in Project Management.
Wally Elford
NSW Lead Trainer
Wally joined the NSW team in July 2022, tasked with the delivery of our Track Certifier and Rail Welding courses. However, you won’t find him resting between welding workshops, his 24 years of rail industry experience means he’ll also be training students in rail infrastructure and ARTC Safeworking certifications.
We’ve been keeping Wally busy since he joined GoTrain, and he’s demonstrated his ability to supervise the build of platforms, turnouts, stabling yards and turn-back projects, by helping build our enclosed rail environment at Beresfield. This new training facility will be where you can often find Wally when onsite, as he transforms the practical aspects of the learning experience for our students, giving them the opportunity to learn on track in a non-live ‘Danger Zone’.
