What should a student do if they need support during their training?
There are many reasons why a student may need support throughout the duration of their course. Go-Train aim to offer appropriate options so students can get the support that best suits their needs.
If at any time a student is struggling to understand or complete the learning and assessment requirements of a course, we encourage them to schedule a time to speak to their trainer. To protect the student’s privacy, this can be done before or after scheduled classes or during break times. The trainer may offer direct support to the student, in the form of an Intervention Plan, or may need to refer them to the appropriate external support service.
If a student would prefer to speak with someone other than their trainer about work or personal factors that are impacting their studies, they should schedule a time to speak with our Operations Manager, by calling 1300 698 158 or completing the Support Request form below. During this exploratory conversation, the most appropriate support service will be recommended to the student.
