Rail Industry Safety Induction – RISI – Tuggerah NSW
Our Rail Industry Safety Induction RISI training is approved by the Transport of NSW, and can used toward a RISI Card (RIW Card).
This training is a requirement for people wanting to work in the Transport of NSW rail corridor and applies to ARTC and John Holland CRN. This means that it covers all workers in the rail network between Sydney, Nowra, Lithgow and Broadmeadow.

$245 – Fees must be paid in advance of training.
What are the course outcomes?
On completion of the RISI training and assessment students receive a nationally accredited Statement of Attainment for the unit:
- TLIF2080 Safely access the rail corridor
Are there any pre-requisites for this course?
Yes.
- You must be able to speak and understand English. You will need to pass a simple Language, Literacy and Numeracy test prior to commencement of the RISI training.
- You must have completed a Transport for NSW Category 1, 2 or 3 Medical.
