Do you need to do both QR SARC and WET training?

Did you know that you can complete both Queensland Rail courses with Go-Train? And we run them every week.

We have been training Queensland Rail contractors since early 2020 and are authorised to complete initial certifications and re-certifications according to QR standards.

QR contractors can now complete both the QR SARC and WET training, over two days, at our Salisbury office in Brisbane. When you have successfully finished training and assessment in both the QR SARC and WET, you will achieve the following:

When you complete QR SARC: 

A nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for the following units of competency:

• TLIF2080 Safely access the rail corridor
• TLIW2001 Operate under track protection rules

A Certificate of Achievement for: 

• SARC 3.2 Safely access the rail corridor

And you can elect to complete, at the end of your SARC course: 

• TLIF2010 Apply fatigue management strategies

When you complete QR WET training:

A Certificate of Achievement for: 

• Working in the Electrified Territory (WET)
