Nationally-endorsed training authority GoTrain today announced the appointment of Tracy Saggus as General Manager.
Saggus has worked in RTO for over 15 years – specialising in rail operations, heavy freight, grain and intermodal transport. She brings a rare combination of experience gained across roles within rail operators including Aurizon, rail recruitment with Trojan Rail and most recently as RTO Training Compliance Manager, VET and Rail Industry at The Instruction Company.
GoTrain Director Susie Pascoe said Saggus would bring valuable experience to the team.

She has a strong track-record of success in the design, delivery and validation of training and assessment practices and we are looking forward to the expertise she will bring to our team,” Pascoe said.
Saggus has a background in business, finance, and compliance, and said she was passionate about delivering a quality service for GoTrain clients and students.
“I have been fortunate to have managed many projects such as LMS research and implementation, e-learning product development, Quality Management improvement and design, implementation and management of internal audit systems. I am thrilled to join GoTrain and to building our reputation as Australia’s best-practice rail training provider,” Saggus said.

David Green who has been acting Managing Director of GoTrain will return to his Group Commercial Director role and continue to support Tracy to ensure GoTrain delivers training to the highest level, underpinned by quality processes and trainers.
GoTrain has delivered a multitude of courses to the rail sector to over 15,000 students throughout Queensland and New South Wales over the past 10 years. Clients include Aurizon, tfNSW, ARTC and Queensland Rail.
