Learning online from our range of informal, Non-accredited Short Courses are a great way of getting a taste for a new skill area, and a perfect stepping-stone in your journey starting a new career.
The online training format, content and information in all of our Short Courses duplicates the skills and knowledge training Australian Vocational students receive when they study for their formal Qualifications in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
Our Short Courses are ideal online training for those seeking entry-level employment in the Hospitality and Service Industries.
If you desire a broad introduction into an area of work that interests you, or you need help to prepare for a Traineeship or Work Experience program, our easy, interactive online courses will help you increase your chances of employment, and keep the job you when you get it.
Our Short Courses are less formal versions of our Nationally Recognised Training units, requiring no formal skills assessments. They will provide you with the identical information and knowledge you would receive in an accredited training unit, without the hassle of completing a written assignment.
Once you have enrolled in a course you will begin your training immediately. You will also have access to the training material for 12 months, meaning you can refresh your skills as many times as you wish!

Depending on the complexity of your course there will be any number of between 2 to 7 chapters, each delivered individually as its own chapter.
You will work your way through the training page-by-page, and will complete as you progress, a range of fun, interactive learning activities to self-test your knowledge and understanding of the content.
You will study at your own pace and can drop in and out of the course as many times as you wish - our Learning & Content Management System will remember where you left off.
At the end of each Chapter you will be presented with a simple multiple choice quiz. You will need to correctly answer all the questions in order to progress to the next chapter.
Once you have completed all of the Course chapters, you will immediately be able to download and save, or print your Certificate of Completion.
Short Courses Certificate
Graduates of our Short Courses will at the conclusion of their program receive a Certificate of Completion. You could use this Certificate to prove to a potential or current employer that you have successfully participated in an online training course, offered by an RTO.
Australian students: If you require a Statement of Attainment certificate for employment in your industry, or for use in a Higher AQF Qualification, you will need to enrol in an ‘accredited’ Nationally Recognised Training unit.
For International Students: these courses are an easy, inexpensive way to receive the same skills and knowledge training Australian Hospitality students receive. If you are travelling to Australia and intend working when you get here, these courses are a perfect way to learn about the laws, terms, customs and skills you will need to learn to help you find employment when you arrive.
How do I print my Certificate?
To Print your certificate, all you need do is save the PDF copy to your computer and print it as many times as you like. See the FAQ section for more detailed information.
