Our scope of registration currently allows enrolment in 16 Nationally Recognised Training units from the SIT07 Tourism and Hospitality training package. Our online program provides flexible units of competency to meet with the needs of the very diverse occupations that exist within the Tourism and Hospitality industries.
Occupations covered by our scope include: customer service and sales; operational; commercial cookery and catering; food and beverage service; product development, and marketing and promotion.
If you are already studying or are looking to enter either industry, our units will provide you with all the basic skills and employment requirements you will need to be successful in both industries.

All online Hospitality units follow a similar Training Format, however the time required to completing the online training and assessments for each unit can vary greatly. Specific details for each unit are listed on each units information pages and you should consult these pages carefully before you enrol in any unit.
Enrolling in our Nationally Approved Hospitality units is very easy and will take you no more than 10 minutes to do. You will require a Visa/MasterCard debit or credit card, or an active PayPal account if you wish to pay in cash.
How do I enrol?
First, navigate to the page that displays unit you wish to enrol in.
Then, read and understand all of the information about the unit.
When you are sure about the unit, click on the “Enrol Now” button on the units page. This will bring up a list of all Units Courses that we offer.
Select your chosen Unit and pay either through our online Bank facility, or by your PayPal account. You can enrol in as many courses as you wish at the one time.
When payment has been confirmed as received, you will emailed your username and password to the Learning Management System. Note* PayPal confirmation can take up to 48 hours, Credit Card enrolments will occur immediately.
Click the link in the email which will take you to the user interface located at http://training.gotrain.com.au and enter your details.
Complete a basic enrolment form and nominate your security ID questions, and customise your online settings.
Click on the GO button to start your Unit.
How do I Pass each unit?
Your online training will begin with an introduction to the unit and an overview of what content will be covered.
Depending on the level of your unit there will be any number of between 2 to 7 chapters.
You will work your way through the training page-by-page, and will complete as you progress, a range of fun, interactive learning activities to self-test your knowledge and understanding of the content.
At the end of each Chapter you will either be presented with a simple multiple choice quiz or a range of questions you will have to type your answers to. You will need to answer all questions satisfactorily in order to progress to the next chapter, and forward in the unit.
Once you have completed all of the Units chapters, you will be required to upload any written assignment (usually a Case Study) which you have completed as you progressed through each chapter.
Once your assessor has reviewed and graded any assignments, and if you are successful at them, you will be able to download and save, or print your Statement of Attainment Certificate immediately online.
Academic Entry Requirements:
To comfortably complete the online course, you will need English and Mathematical skills equivalent to a Year 10 Australian High School education. You will also need the discipline to study unsupervised, follow instructions carefully and be comfortable using a computer.

To undertake our online training programs it is very important that you have access to certain equipment and be able to verify your identity with suitable government-issued documentation.
If you do not have your own, or are unable to arrange access to any of this equipment or documentation , you will not be able to complete any of the units:
A photo of your entire current Driver/Rider licence, Proof of Age card or a Passport.
An additional Passport-style photo (for the public access “Validate Certificate” portal) for your Student Profile.
An active email address accessible from the computer you will use for your online training.
Minimum ADSL or Broadband Internet connection.
Any computer device such as a PC, Laptop, ipad or Notebook that can read Flash Player software
Software Programs such as Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash Player and MS Explorer/ Safari/Chrome/ Firefox.
